In case such Game Vendor acting reasonably requires due diligence on the Licensee, the Licensee shall present to the Provider complete Know Your Customer Documentation (“KYC Documentation”) requested. Such KYC Documentation shall include without limitation details regarding the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO), source of funds of the UBO, details of directors and authorized signatories, corporate organizational structure, Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism policies specifying the processes adopted to identify its Players and accounts. In the event that either KYC Documentation is not provided within the stipulated time or such documentation is not to the reasonable satisfaction of the Game Vendor in question, access to respective Games may be denied.
